League of Women Voters VOTE411 Voter Guide is Live
With early voting set to begin on March 24 for the 2025 Lincoln City Elections, the League of Women Voters Lincoln-Lancaster County has launched VOTE411.org – its nonpartisan online election resource guide. 10/11 NOW will also promote VOTE411 on air. See 10/11 NOW.
This “one-stop shop” for election information provides Lincoln voters with simple, accessible tools to help them navigate the voting process. VOTE411 provides personalized candidate information, voter registration details, polling place locations and other helpful election information.
League volunteers reached out to all candidates running to represent Lincoln on the City Council, as well as those running for the Airport Authority, Lincoln Public Schools Board of Education. The VOTE411 guide also provides information on the two initiatives that will appear on the primary and general election ballots.
- Voters will decide during the city’s April 8 primary election whether to continue the quarter-cent sales tax for street improvements for another eight years.
- Voters will decide during the city’s May 6 general election whether the city should ban housing discrimination based on a renter’s or buyer’s source of income.
